Summary
Ali Krieger and Ashlyn Harris enjoy the literal fruits of their labor as their children grow up and have jobs and lives and families of their own. We'll go forward in chunks of time, bringing everybody up to speed on the whole family along the way. There are wins and losses and there is love and sadness, as always. But the family moves forward together, always together. This will be the last big installment of this story. We will wrap up the future of the younger Kriegers and introduce you to the next generation after them.

The big old house is full of drama in all areas in 2039 & 2040 - from grandparents to teenagers and everything in between. There are joyous moments and devastating tragedies and Ali and Ashlyn work hard to guide their family through all of it. They can't keep their own parents from growing old, and they can't stop their kids from experiencing all that life throws at them. All the two wives can do is hope they've prepared everybody enough along the way. As always, they'll work together and rely on their love to keep the family strong and safe.
