Summary
Every time Felix did something bright and sunshiney to bring joy to the room, Hyunjin would find himself smiling without realizing it. He couldn’t understand the wealth of energy Felix seemed to have to pour out care and kindness to those around him. They were all polite and Chan-hyung led them by example with his feet on the ground, but Felix looked happy doing it. Oftentimes at the end of a long day, Hyunjin would want to just be alone and listen to music and Felix would still be there, shaking hands and bowing and smiling to every last member of staff. And then Felix would find him, pour out all his love and affection on him, would snuggle up next to him. During those times, Hyunjin would feel a lump in his throat as he remembered, all over again, how fucked he would be if he never had met Felix Lee.
And he would know. Hyunjin could take any hypothetical situation and make it feel real.
