Summary
Patton had his reasons for agreeing to marry a man he had never properly met before, and so did his prospective husband. In both cases it was an attempt to consolidate power and prevent a civil war within the criminal underworld (though their priorities concerning power and peace probably differed). But when a new threat forces them to push their plans ahead, even his hopes for a peaceful honeymoon where he can get to know his new husband have to be abandoned.
Stuck in his safehouse-turned-honeymoon nest-turned-lonely hideaway while he waits for the dust to settle, at least he's not entirely alone...

Summary

Summary
Virgil had never expected to be more than just a scrawny, aggressive kid bounced around in the foster system just trying to survive. He certainly never expected to find out that the Greek Gods were real and that he was the son of one of them. Or that another God was accusing him of stealing a precious item of theirs.
But unfortunately (or fortunately if you're more positive) that is all true and now he must find that item and prove his innocence before the summer solstice to prevent a war between two of the most power Gods.
