Summary
The vision shifted, back to shouts and vague forms moving through the sand. Bruno couldn’t even identify who he was looking at or what he was hearing, other than the yelling and crying of his family. The voices blended together, the shouts shaking him to his core, sinking into his bones and threatening to tear him apart. Then, like thunder, Alma’s voice broke through.
“Silence!”Or: a few months after Casita is rebuilt, something strange happens to the Madrigal family miracle. They wake up one morning to find that their Gifts have all been swapped around. What's the cause? Can they figure out how to make the miracle return to normal? Or will they be stuck with the wrong Gifts forever?

Summary
Anything is possible when magic is involved. When the Miracle was born into the Madrigal family, multiple possibilities spread out before them and entire worlds sprang from them. Countless ways the story could have gone.
Not every story was a happy one.
There was a world where the magic corrupted and twisted everyone it touched into something cruel and they tormented the village they ruled over.
But this isn't the story of that family. No, this is the story of what happens after that family is dethroned and the desperate villagers are given a chance to keep their Encanto while the magic dies with the last Madrigal.
A choice.
The Miracle needs the Madrigal family to exist. So a different one could be pulled from another world. From a village that didn't deserve them.

Camilo Madrigal goes out of Antonio's ceremony to take Antonio's plushie which was still in Mirabel's room, who knew looking at that one plushie was enough to make him cry? All the suppressed feelings are let out in the most disorganized way, and just then....a whisper. 'Don't be upset or mad at all.....'

Summary
When Casita falls, all 6 of the Madrigal grandkids are dragged back into the house and are end up caught in the collapse. The remaining Madrigals are devastated with their deaths.
During the build of Casita, the adults are trying to cope with their children, their sobrinas and sobrinos, her nietos deaths.
But after the build of Casita, the magical house gives back something the elder Madrigals lost.
