It should have been a simple arrangement.
Ace was going to need help covering expenses in his new place, and Nancy was slowly suffocating under the double parental presence of Carson and Ryan. So they’d decided to move in together (totally platonically, of course) in a quick, simple discussion over boxed wine and linguine one night after closing up The Claw.
(Too much wine, Nancy would discover the next day when she was staring at the blindingly white lease agreement through dark sunglasses and a throbbing headache.)
After all, they were already coworkers. Friends. Members of a crew that repeatedly saved the town from supernatural shenanigans and each other from certain death. So what if they add roommates to the list? How much harder could it be when they already shared so much of their lives?
