And wasn’t Anakin allowed, in a way? Obi-Wan was his Master. He’d spent the last thirteen years at Obi-Wan’s side. Anakin had always felt entitled to know everything there was to know about Obi-Wan, to see everything he tried to keep hidden. He wasn’t Obi-Wan’s padawan anymore, but they were still linked together, the ghost of Anakin’s braid tying them like an invisible leash. Surely that must entitle Anakin to some privileges.
Anakin finds Obi-Wan’s sex tape. He’s totally normal about it.

Summary
Anakin knew, of course, that Obi-Wan went into heat, something which heretofore had nothing to do with Anakin. That every few months he disappeared for a few days, returning later as if nothing had happened with only slight shadows under his eyes to indicate what had transpired in the days he was absent.
It made sense that Obi-Wan would have sought the comfort of an alpha for some of these heats. Even if Anakin didn’t particularly like the idea. Ok, he hated it.
But, Anakin tamped down this swell of jealousy, carefully releasing the emotions into the force (Obi-Wan would be proud). Because as much as this new knowledge grated, it also opened Anakin’s eyes to new possibilities, if he played his cards right.
Or,
Obi-Wan agrees to let Anakin help him through his heat.
