Prompt: Hermione visits her parents in Australia only to find that an anonymous benefactor paid a fortune for mind healers to help them regain their memories. She's overjoyed, but gets fixated on finding out who it is so she can thank them. She uses her connections and finds out it was none other than Lucius Malfoy trying to make amends for his role in the war.
Why would Lucius Malfoy pay to have Hermione's parents' memories returned? Has he truly reformed or is he just a master manipulator?
