An alternate universe in which the British soldiers James, Sirius, and Peter take part in the liberation of Europe and try to take care of a group of lost children with the help of the former prisoner Remus.
Sirius, however, becomes more and more suspicious of Remus' identity.The short story was created for the Klišé bingo challenge at sosaci.net for the topics “Insomnia” and “Seductive spy”.
