Summary
Izuku Midoriya's always been his mother's son.
Through and through.
or
He wants to do it all.
Or maybe it’s the way everything looks like it’s reflected in rippling water.

Summary
Tears welled up in Izuku's eyes, quickly spilling over as a strangled noise tore through his throat, and he couldn't breathe. He wrapped his arms around the cold stone, pressing his chest against it as sobs wracked his body. Izuku's heart thudded in his chest, and isn't that strange? How could it continue to beat so easily, as if his true heart wasn't buried right beneath him, stolen away before he could even turn 18.
