Summary
Maggie Sawyer, an up and coming actress, gets her dream job when she's hired to work with one of her heroes, actress Alex Danvers, who is making a comeback on a new TV show.
Getting to know your heroes rarely works well as Maggie soon finds out. However, the reasons for Alex's seeming disdain of others becomes clear as the ladies grow closer, and Maggie learns of Alex's complicated past and daily struggles.
They'll learn to open up to each other as they go from disappointed hero worship to a true ride or die relationship.
