Summary
Kaveh's mysterious cough is bad enough; the purple padisarah petals he's hacking up make it worse. But the real problem is that the flowers seem to multiply whenever his irritatingly perceptive roommate Alhaitham is around. As the blooms grow more numerous and the pain intensifies, Kaveh must confront the feelings he's been denying for years.
