Summary
“The schoolteacher you called cute. The lady whose cat climbed the tree—pretty. The bride—beautiful. The woman on the yacht—sexy. The model, Buck. You called her a goddess.”
Buck stares at him, breath shallow, the pieces slowly sliding into place.
“They were all those things,” he says quietly.
Something bitter flares in Eddie’s gut, hot and stupid and raw. His fists clench. “Oh, look at you,” he scoffs, voice dripping sarcasm. “Evan Buckley, judge of Miss America 2025, handing out compliments like participation trophies. ‘You get a smile, you get a wink, everybody gets a goddamn rose.’”
OR: Buck’s living a Hallmark movie marathon; Eddie’s trapped in the director’s cut.
OR: God is a woman, apparently—and Buck keeps meeting her at every call.

Summary
Buck hardly remembered how they ended up in this situation. It was a blur of possessive kissing and a frantic search for a place with a door and a lock.
It was still remarkable how Eddie, who had been repressed and straight-laced all his life, had turned over a completely new leaf after coming out a couple of weeks ago. It's safe to say Buck enjoyed this new side of his best friend and loved to rile him up to see when he would snap.OR
They are still keeping their relationship secret from their friends, Buck teases Eddie all night, and Eddie finally snaps.Series

Summary
Eddie roves his eyes over Buck's form. The paleness of his skin, the starkness of his veins under. The way Buck's clothes are starting to hang a little loose on him, the way he never changes where anyone can see him anymore.
Buck just sighs and looks away, breathing measured. It makes Eddie all the more certain that he’s doing the right thing; if Buck really was okay, he would have had the energy to fight back.
It breaks something in Eddie. Almost as quickly as it rose, his anger burns away, leaving behind only pain and fear. He can't lose Buck. He can't.
Buck would do anything to protect Eddie. Even if it means keeping the truth hidden — right to an early grave.

“Tommy.” He hesitated. “Why did you text me?”
“To ask you a question,” Tommy replied dryly. “Which you still h- haven’t answered, by the way. So… do you believe in guardian angels?”
Buck thought about it for a moment, then shrugged. “I don’t know. Why?”
Tommy coughed loud and hard, ending with a wheeze. “I wasn’t supposed t- to work today. Got asked to cover for the 118.”

Summary
“Some of us don’t need lighting to look good,” he spat, immediately defensive.
That got a proper laugh of Eddie. Buck straightened to his full height, chest puffing up like he was preparing to get socked, but Eddie simply rolled his short sleeves up, stepping underneath the overhead light before casually stretching his arms in a way that he knew made them look all tight and veiny. He smiled, full of innocent malice, then flexing once to watch Buck short circuit.
“What, like this?” he asked.
A soft, involuntary noise—something between a yelp and a whimper—drew his attention away from his own arms and when he looked up properly, he was treated to the sight of Buck, wide eyed and rosy cheeked, his pink petal mouth parting to gape at Eddie’s biceps.
Eddie quirked an eyebrow. Up close, he could see the way Buck’s pupils had dilated.
Oh.
So that’s what this was.
Buck hadn’t been trying to compete. He’d been trying to impress Eddie.
S1 Probie Buck, jealous of S8 Eddie's competence, tried to start a one sided rivalry with him. Meanwhile, Eddie thought Buck had a big fat crush on him.

Summary
He takes the newly vacated seat.
It gets him a lot closer to the hybrid, who peers at him with a cocked head and a considering look, his ears flopping over to the side.
Eddie shouldn’t be patronizing, but, objectively, it’s adorable.
“What’s a wolf doing in this neck of the woods?” the hybrid jokes, his mouth curling up at his own words.
Eddie gives him a carefully flat look. “You’re on Diaz pack territory.”

Summary
“Mmmm hey, hey babe,” Buck hummed as Tommy sucked on his pulse point, “do you uh, do you think we-we have sex t-oh fuck Tommy!” Buck cried out as Tommy slid a large hand down into his underwear and wrapped it around his bare dick.
“What was that, sweetheart?” Tommy asked him breathlessly. Buck whined loudly at him, pushing his cock into Tommy’s hand. Tommy gave him a tight stroke and then released him as Buck groaned.
“I was uh, I was just wondering what you, what you thought about, about our sex life?” Buck asked him haltingly.Buck’s new relationship with his hot pilot boyfriend is amazing, and the sex is fantastic. Should Buck be worried that’s all there is?

Summary
Eddie forced himself to get up and made his way to the kitchen. There, he was met with Buck standing in front of the furnace, who was so focused on the eggs he was preparing that he didn’t even hear Eddie entering the room. “Let’s do it.” Eddie said, which caused Buck to spin around, nearly dropping his spatula in the process.
“Eddie,” he said in greeting, voice breathy, “do what?” a chuckle.
Eddie’s gaze involuntarily flicked down to Buck’s neck, where he could see a red mark hiding underneath the collar of his shirt, and it flipped a switch inside of him. “Help each other out. There’s no reason you should be sneaking off just to get some release when I’m right here,” Eddie explained, overcome by an unfamiliar confidence. He felt himself creeping closer to Buck, to the point where he could count every rise of Buck’s chest.
Or; Buck finds an article stating how sex helps with the production of endorphins and kindly offers to help Eddie out. Platonically, of course.

Summary
When Buck woke up, he was alone.
No. That wasn't quite right. He wasn't completely alone. He had the chair he was tied to and a camera set up across the room to keep him company. He didn’t know how long he’d been there or how he’d gotten there.
Whatever had been used to tie his wrists behind his back was cutting deep into his skin and he flexed them to see if there was any give. There wasn’t.
He watched as a red light on the camera turned on, its monotonous blinking mocking him as he shuffled in the chair trying to find comfort. He shuddered at the distinct shift of a plug in his ass hitting his most sensitive place and he clenched almost unconsciously.

Summary
“I can’t just—oh, holy shit,” Buck says through a laugh.
“What?” Eddie asks, contorting himself to try and follow Buck’s line of sight. “What is it?”
Buck physically manhandles him so that he’s looking in the right direction and discreetly points towards the aisle.
“Are those little helicopters hanging off the pews,” Buck asks in horror.
Eddie is equally horrified, for the record.
“We’d never have something that trashy at our wedding,” he says without thinking.
Buck freezes next to him. “At our wedding?”
