“Right. Congratulating me,” Jude murmurs, as his thumb idly traces the line of Erling’s ear. “Sigrid cried, you know?”
Erling’s smirk fades, his grey eyes going gentle. “Sigrid?”
“When she saw you on the big screen after the whistle. The second you dropped your head, her whole face completely crumpled. Started sobbing right into my mum’s shoulder.”
Erling laughs, but it cracks in the middle. “Yeah? Good thing to cry sometimes, isn’t it? Cleans out the head.”
Jude’s lips twitch, a soft, wry smile tugging at his mouth. “Maybe for normal people, mate. You don’t do it much. Guess she gets the dramatic streak from her Pappa.”

You don’t just grab an omega-repro kit off the shelf when your face is plastered across three sports dailies every single morning, grinning or grimacing depending on the headline. So Erling had pulled a dark hoodie low over his eyes, a face mask up despite the heat, and walked three neighbourhoods over to a quiet residential area where the old ladies didn’t know a La Liga player from a hole in the wall and nobody gave a second look to a hooded alpha buying things that felt too significant to be tucked into a paper bag.

“Erling, is it?” Jude whistles, raising one of his eyebrows. “I assume you had a good time, then.”
And really, he shouldn’t question her about it. He shouldn’t even want to know the details - his girlfriend just told him she got fucked by another man, a man he knows better than he knows her; a man he works with and sees almost every single day.
Still, he can’t help but wonder.
Or; Jude finds out that his girlfriend cheated on him with his teammate, Erling Haaland. Instead of being pissed off, though, he decides he might as well see for himself if the other man is worth the hype.
