   Carlo was fully braindead when they stuck a modified governor module in his head. Had been for years. But there are parts of your brain they can’t take out if they want a functioning SecUnit, and because the brain is an absolute garbage organ that just shoves information anywhere it can, there are some memories they can’t take away too.
