Summary
Aizawa and Yamada come across an abandoned post-corruption Chuuya, and take him with them back to Musutafu. Finding his partner has disappeared, Dazai is anxious to find him, but Mori, ever the opportunist has other plans for the dup.
Basically, Chuuya and Dazai end up being forced to go to UA.

When the grunts of the Port Mafia land themselves in hot water, loyally following the orders issued by their commanders that they know would result in their deaths— they pray.

When there was a call, Chuuya always answered.
It could be a request for aid from his subordinates. It could be a summon from his boss. It could be a string of relentless prank calls from his stupid, bandaged fish of a partner.
Chuuya answers.
Over the years, it's become something of a habit.
To reply to a text, to pick up a ringing phone with a foreign caller ID, to respond to a cry from his people— no matter how far.
But what Chuuya doesn't realize is just how distant some of those calls came from.
