It began with the sensation of falling...
Kari Tallow is stuck, trapped within space and time, spat out in different locations with an unknown task to complete. A message to deliver, a person to save, she can not move on until her purpose has been achieved. So it goes for 300 years. When she gets dropped (literally) into the jungles of Encanto, the shell of the woman she used to be, an encounter with the Madrigal family might be her only hope of regaining what she has lost.
Bruno Madrigal is twenty five when he receives a vision of a woman falling from a hole in the sky. When he stumbles across the very same woman the next day, his life, and the future of the Encanto, will never be the same.
