I write fiction, fan and otherwise. Usually in Bioware universes, as they are in the strange position of being fantastic worlds but often heavily under-explored.
I write In Exile, a multi-perspective story set in Dragon Age II with an additional character present for Hawke's adventures - one of the exiled heroes of Ferelden. This story was something I began to write for fun to take a break from my other extended fiction that I've yet to publish for Mass Effect. The break turned into my focus as I got to relive and reimagine Dragon Age II - a flawed game that still holds a place in my heart for its unique setting and wonderful characters. Hopefully I can do justice to what was originally envisioned for our heroes in the cursed City of Chains.
One thing that you might want to know about me is that I am a firm believer in audience interpretation - as I enjoy roleplaying a character as I write and when I play video games - so too do I want you to enjoy taking away from the text what get from it. My intent be damned, what you see and what you determine of it is what you get. Because of this you'll never see any authors notes or other such meta commentary in my stories - I don't want to detract from your / override your experience of the story.
I will say as far as Dragon Age is concerned, Faded Echoes will not reference or consider Veilguard for its world building or story.
