Summary
Pacey doesn't make a move on Joey at the end of Junior year. He also doesn't go on his sailing trip. Instead, he has to stay in Capeside for the summer and retake classes so he can become a senior and graduate on time.
He tries to hold back his crush all summer, but Joey is wanting to spend a lot of time with him. Only... she's caught up on someone else. She leans on Pacey and they often talk late into the night, just the two of them. So, he's only left with one thought: why not me?
