That’s it. Technically, he’s part of the Hall of Fame, technically he’s an accepted Champion. Technically, the title was his once, so it will always be his. Technically, he can’t lose it. He just loses being the present Champion.
He also, briefly, held the Kanto record for youngest ever Pokemon League champion. That was until Red, three months younger, caught up to him.
Really, Blue hadn’t even been surprised.

“Huh?” Paimon said.
Lumine turned to the group of Inazumans with sparkling eyes.
“How would you like to assist in a prank and also make Itto and Sara confess their feelings to each other?”
Kuki Shinobu’s jaw dropped open. Shikanoin Heizou chuckled. Yae Miko clapped her hands together in delight.
Paimon’s brow furrowed.
“Feelings? What feelings? Feelings like rivalry? They don’t need to confess that, everyone knows that—Lumine! Lumiiine! Explain to Paimon!”
In the midst of the war against the Abyss, star-traveler and Much Ado About Nothing fan Lumine sees an opportunity to set up Arataki Itto and Kujou Sara.
