Summary
Since Gen saw one specific date carved on a tree, he decided it meant something, for the world, for humanity in general, but especially for him: He could have another chance, start over to find people who would actually remain by his side. That's what he was thinking about all the time while he met people who little by little started to change his perspective, his notions of relationships, himself. A story about how he feels about the people he can call as something he never expect to have before... This is the story of what Gen believes was his salvation.

Summary
When Japan's Central News Controversial Team (led by the great reporter Minami Hokutozai) needed a new person to investigate about, they found the perfect one: Asagiri Gen. Not only because is Japan's actual most famous person, but also because he has many things that whether intentional or not, says too much about the real essence, not the popular one, nor the one he shows to his staff members... Any of that, but the way he actually is. Trying to discover these clues Gen leaves on the way, they try to put together this complicated puzzle that Gen is... and with the help of a person they never expected to be close to him!

Basically, an investigation they make to Gen as a famous magician because they notice how false he can be sometimes... And I wanted to make my own drama about his backstory lol, but adding a lot of *coff coff* romance *coff* to it that would never happen.
