Summary
A few hundred years ago, a group of wizards and witches took an interest in merpeople some might describe as "sick". Their resulting offspring attained abilities far beyond typical human capabilities and were purposely bred. Now, Hogwarts is no longer a wizarding school but a sunken castle and learning ground for the children of this wondrous species.
Harry had lived his whole life in an ordinary house on an ordinary street with an ordinary family. However, he knew he was no ordinary boy. His relatives had told him that often enough. Besides, anyone could tell that ‘normal’ people didn’t get itchy skin from water and were allowed to speak freely.
