Summary
Lux is tired of Demacia's outdated ways of life. Their fear and xenophobia of mages has gone on for too long and she wants somebody, anybody, to show them how wrong they are. She considered that somebody to be her, but truthfully, she was just as scared of them as they were of her. Instead, she sets out for Piltover, the magic capital of Runeterra: a place where she can unapologetically be herself. She is determined to find Seraphine and start a new life with her in this magical new city, but the cracks in the walls start to show as Lux finds out Piltover isn't much different from Demacia afterall.

In 1431 Joan of Arc is strung onto a stake, only to be set ablaze mere moments later. As her dying prayer, she prays for her soul to be sent to her king, where she will stay in heaven for the rest of eternity. The universe has different plans for her, though, and her death is put on hold.
