This is oddly enough a secondary account, as my primary account name became known to my employer and my colleagues all of sudden. Not wanting it to impact my professional life too much I left only my Gen LotR shenanigans there and started over with other stuff. I doubt anyone would make the connection anyway, as I never was prolific writer under my first name, but I want to be honest here.
I am closer to 50 than to 40, love writing and long stories and enjoy writing fast, when inspiration hits me. I am not the "missing scene" kind of author, but more the AU -go-wild-with-material kind of person. I like writing about characters others dislike, I love What If kind of a scenarios, and any story expanding the culture and background of canon material will have my attention.
As for fandoms, I love many, have written only in a few. Love rangers from Tolkien and Dumas, to Sapkowski and S.A. Corey. There are a few fandoms I dislike, but that is simply left at the fact that I don't write or read in that fandom, I respect other people's tastes.
