From the station at Hogsmeade, he had Dobby pop him off to the bank in Diagon where he met with the manager over both his accounts and the Blacks to get every piece of property locked down and shut down with war wards up and set to kill until the war was over one way or another. All the vaults under his control or the control of his families were to be shuttled off to France for now and that included the descendant vaults for the Peverel branches from each brother. And yes, that meant the Founders vaults as well and included stripping them temporarily from Hogwarts for now.
