Will knew pain did nothing to Hannibal, the man oddly immune to it. So, he does the next best thing, and overloads him with so much pleasure, that it’ll feel like pain.
And that look in his eyes tells him he’s not getting relief until tears are shed. He has no idea what he did to receive such sadistic treatment, but he wishes he did so he can never do it again.
Or do it again as soon as possible.
