Determined to seek the answers to her questions, she left her little resting spot by the window, and grabbed her raincoat that had been hanging behind her door, and reached for her rain boots that had been neatly placed beside her bedroom door. She paused for a moment, as her hand hovered just above the doorknob. Could she really do this? Yes. Yes she could do this. With new determination, she nodded her head and reached out for the doorknob, turning it as gently as she could, so as not to alert any of the adults. She was about 13 now, so the adults were not as concerned with her as they were with the other children. She was becoming an older child, someone that people were less likely to adopt, compared to the younger ones. Too difficult to deal with, they would say. It saddened her a bit, but she did not let that hamper upon her current enthusiasm. She had a mission, and that was to determine if she could still perform elemental magic without the use of a Vision. This was Teyvat after all, yet the reign of Archons was no more. The knowledge of Visions was no more. Had Snehznaya succeeded? Had the laws of the world changed? And if they did, had they changed as a consequence to the Cryo Archon’s success?

Bruce raises an eyebrow in question.
“Scatterbrained.”
He pouts, “I’m not scatterbrained.”
“Yeah, mom, you are,” Duke says as if it’s the most obvious thing ever.
“Batman isn’t scatterbrained,” he petulantly counteracts.
“But Bruce Wayne can be."
