Summary
After Junko Enoshima began her plan to absorb the power from all the magic users in the world, despair took over. But then, an ordinary warrior, Makoto Naegi, stepped up to defeat her and seal her dark power for good.
However, one thousand years later, people began to notice their powers disappearing once again as a remnant of despair, obsessed with carrying on Junko’s legacy, rose to take her place.
In an unforeseen turn of events, the ring Makoto used to seal Junko ends up in the hands of Hajime Hinata, an average boy who isn’t exactly happy about all this.
Now, Hajime has to save the world from total despair with the help of a lucky healer and a sleepy blue mage.

When Francis Bonnefoy, a starving artist who has arrived in England in pursuit of something—he’s not quite sure what—stumbles into a coffee shop amid a rainstorm, he meets the strangest looking man he’s ever seen.
Of pasty skin and unkempt eyebrows, the man soon becomes the most interesting thing Francis has ever known (much to the man’s chagrin).
