The VALORANT Protocol are on a mission, the only difference is that everyone is on it. During a snow storm, the engines breakdown and the ship is unable to take off. Some see it as good, others see it as a pain in the ass.
Viper was one of them, not wanting to spend anymore time near Reyna after she tried to steal her poison. Maybe the breakdown will bring them closer, who knows.
This story is for my friend CrownedStephie, who requested I wrote a story based on Reyna/Viper after I told her I wrote fanfiction. Love ya Steph <3

Summary
The first light event changed many things about society, hell, it created a whole new race, how could it not. Bouts of radianite poisoning started cropping up, along with other weird side effects of prolonged exposure. The event had exposed everyone to it to some extent though, and it was almost impossible to not spend at least a little time around it, and quickly odd new diseases started showing up. Not all of them were deadly, some of them weren't even dangerous. One, however, had become notorious. It had been discovered first in Japan, though there were rumors of it having shown up before then. It had been dubbed hanahaki, and there was limited research. It was well regarded as a disease stemming from such strong feelings of love that it manifested into real literal flowers growing inside someone.
