As Viktor’s unofficial pup, Yuri had a front row seat to all of the older skater’s courting disasters.
They all wanted something from Viktor. Money. Gifts. Media attention. His name. They all turned tail and fled when they realized he was an Alpha with an unofficial, not-blood-related, teenage pup.
After the first dozen, it became habit for Yuri to try and run off any Omegas he encountered, if only to keep them away from Viktor, so he didn’t have to witness the same disaster again.
That probably explained why Yuri was attempting to break down the door of a bathroom stall, glaring harshly at the sobbing Omega who opened the door.
