Summary
This is it. The moment that Eddie leaves to go to Texas. Buck is helping Eddie pack up the last of Eddie’s things to put into the U-Haul truck. Boxes covering most of the living room floor, ‘Eddie’s whole life are in these boxes’ Buck can’t help but think. This moment doesn’t quite feel real, not really anyways. How is his best friend leaving him? Buck always though that Eddie would be the one to stay, the one to have his back through everything, and even though Buck knows this isn’t forever, packing up all Eddie’s belongings, it sure as hell feels like this is forever.
Eddie leaves for Texas, leaving Buck behind.
