   Summary

   Fire Lord Zuko is the pride of the Fire Nation. Powerful, strong, handsome. Girls swoon over him; they would die for him and offer themselves as tributes to repopulate the Fire Nation.

   And yet, the one woman who doesn't seem to share the general enthusiasm is the Fire Lord's own girlfriend: Mai.

   After a disastrous marriage proposal, Zuko didn't know how to make things right with Mai. Sokka and Aang's advice would only make the situation worse. That was when he remembered that the most level-headed person in the group was the one woman who perhaps tolerated him even less than his own girlfriend did: Katara.

   And unfortunately, it didn't help that their closeness stirred up feelings from the past he had thought were long buried.
