It speaks of a woman, lost in time after the unfortunate use of an unstable Time-Turner, who will return to finish the task Harry Potter could not five years ago. The grim responsibility of killing Hermione Granger falls to Draco Malfoy, who has grown numb and void of motive or emotion.
Meanwhile, Granger remains stranded in ancient times with only fragments of memory, no wand, and no way home. Her sole companion is a perpetually moody (yet affectionate) ginger cat with a pronounced disdain for blonde men.

The magical population of Britain was devastated by the war. So three years later the Ministry of Magic has announced their intention to begin a repopulation program. Every witch and wizard of a certain age will be automatically paired together to ensure all surviving bloodlines will continue. Muggle borns / half bloods and purebloods will be paired together to ensure enough magical births to repopulate Britain.
