Player stared at the unconscious criminal folded like spaghetti on the floor. “Bramble, what if I boiled you. Or steamed you. Air fried you, even.”
Static started snickering.
The way Bramble’s grin immediately dropped into an ‘oh shit’ would’ve been hilarious if Player wasn’t so busy chasing him out the door. “We had ONE RULE! ONE RULE, JACKASS!”
Or,
After getting their previous job blown up by villains, Player decides to dip into the life of vigilantism with nothing but a frying pan and a heart full of spite. As they slowly uncover the perpetrators behind all the upstart chaos around Bizville, they learn that there’s more to the problem than just hero-villain grudges and a constant struggle for power.
Maybe involving a god or two. Who would’ve guessed?
