    “My hands feel tingly and numb.” Obi-Wan admitted. Flexing his fingers and frowning when it felt like the skin on the back of both hands stretched oddly, like a wound was still healing and if he moved the skin too much it’d break open again.

    Qui-Gon took his hands and turned them over. A sharp gasp escaped Kryze.

    “Impossible.” Kryze said, shaking his head.

    “What?” Qui-Gon asked, glancing at him.

    “The padawan isn’t even Mandalorian…” another New Mandalorian that had gathered muttered.

    “What?” Qui-Gon snapped again more firmly, “Are you all going to mutter to yourselves, or are you going to explain what has happened to my padawan?”
