As dates go, this is not how Kate had expected this one to turn out. Palms splayed against the cool glass of wall-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sparkling skyline of night cloaked London. Back stretched flat, legs trembling as they hold her open wide for him, dressed in nothing but the tiniest of black lace knickers and her jade green bracelets, clinking softly against the glass as her hands shake in anticipation.
