Atsushi decides to stop caring about his well being, he now only focuses on work and keeping his comrades safe. Dazai notices that the weretiger is acting off. Atsushi slowly spirals into the darkness. The tiger won't let him die. Why won't it let him die?!
Edit: this prompt has slowly turned into a monster, the story has evolved so we have a slow burn romance, plot, and just tons of angst and hopefully fluff... so enjoy!

Summary
Atsushi was pretty used to losing time. As a child, he was rarely afforded the luxury of witnessing the cycle of day and night. His place within the bowels of an Orphanage, locked behind iron and hateful stares, made sure he saw sunlight only when his hands were blistered from repairing the gardens he couldn’t recall breaking. Otherwise, the moon was too dangerous and the sun too kind for a boy like him.
