Summary
When Wels first came to the city, he really only had what was left in his savings after handing his landlord as much cash as it took for the man to be bribed into letting Wels rent one of the apartments, not even bothering how awful the space had been. His entire life had been packed into boxes and crammed into his car, his move so spontaneous that in his hasty retreat he hadn't even had any plans for what he was going to do or where he was going to live.
He just had to get away.

Wels is a former boxer laid low by his competitor Hels who broke him physically and resulting in his crashing mentally. After a blowout fight with his long time friends, Wels fled to a new city where no one knew his name in hopes of starting over or fading away quietly. Too bad the city of dreams refuses to let him go down without swinging. Inspired by The Boxer by Simon & Garfunkel
