Summary
The forbidden woods were said to be a "mystical place", full of dangerous wonders. What a load of bull shit, the place was probably just full of no good homeless squatters! Enji was not a superstitious man, and like hell he'd let a bunch of wacko BS stories scare him away from one of the biggest deals in his life.
In other words, Enji sends his son to clean out the "squatters in the woods" so he can build his resort in the area. If only he knew how big of a mistake he'd made.
(Basically, think the plot for avatar [blue people] and insert BNHA characters plus a heck ton of shittery)
