Summary
Crane and Fade were sisters, they would do everything together as kits. But one life changing event altered their relationship forever.
When they leave the den, Crane has a family while Fade joins a leash of foxes. They may seem like they'd have nothing to do with one another anymore, but that was far from the truth. Fade had an unstoppable hatred towards Crane, while Crane was left to suffer.
As the Icy Season approaches, Crane is left to fight for her life and the lives of her kits while Fade just cackles with malice, a life so hopeless that one can only make a weak cry in the cold. -

Mettaton froze, his eyes wide. He was glad he was facing away from Undyne, though he wasn't sure how much good it did him. He closed his eyes and resisted the urge to clench his fists.
Right. There was one tiiiiny little detail he forgot. Two, really.
One, Undyne was Napstablook’s neighbor. The moment he turned away to go to Alphys for his body, he hadn’t looked back. He’d never even told Napstablook that he was leaving, too scared of what their reaction would be. He had promised he wouldn’t leave them, but he did.
Two, Undyne knows who Mettaton is. Or at least she did. She knew him before he became Mettaton. And it seemed she recognized him, though how exactly he wasn’t sure. Was it the voice? It had a metallic ting to it that it didn't before, but it was possible.
Or, most likely, she had simply connected the dots he’d foolishly left behind.
