What if Penelope was not Lady Whistledown?
Well, one can only suppose this Lady Whistledown would have called out Mr. Colin Bridgerton and Miss Penelope Featherington on the extreme familiarity with which they behave... such as Mr. Bridgerton calling Miss Featherington "Pen" in public.
