    “Tim,” I finally spoke, my voice cracking from misuse and my crying. “Tim, I think I did something bad.”

    Tim looked like a deer in headlights at the sound of me finally speaking. “It’s okay, baby,” he said, dropping the rag and moving so he was directly in front of me. “It’s going to be okay.” I let out another choked sob as I wrapped my arms around him, pulling him close to me as I could. Tim was quivering in my touch as he tried to stay strong. “I’m sorry. I’m so sorry,” he mumbled, pressing his face into my hair. “We’re going to be okay, yeah?”

    What. The. Fuck.
    You would think the encounters from working at waffle house would be weird enough for a lifetime, but next thing you know, I'm falling head-first in love with three - technically five - men and fighting for my life in a series of trials set up by an eldritch god. I guess normality was never my forte, but this is something else entirely. Let's see how this ends?
