Until you were 12, you spent every summer at the Zenin estate. Your grandmother was best friends with Naoya's grandmother, and so were you and Naoya. You recently moved to Tokyo to work as a sorcerer. At the encouragement of your grandmother you agree to meet with Naoya as an old family friend. You and Naoya haven’t seen each other in many years. You wonder what your old best friend is like now. You’re not sure you like what he’s become, but maybe there's a small part of your childhood best friend still alive inside him.
