   Summary

   Wukong's tail flicks in thought. “Are you sure you’re not his dad? The impression I got from you and the pig man was that you guys were, like, co-parenting.”

   “We didn’t— like— we didn’t sign anything,” Tang protests, stumbling over his own words, almost like he’s trying to convince himself. “No adoption papers or — a-anything. We’re not his dads. Nothing is legally confirmed, y’know? He didn’t come from us, we didn’t adopt him, he doesn’t— we’re not his dads.”

   He laughs, and feels a little bit mad.
