It's been two years since the tremendous mess that was Latibaer, when Glanni ended up having to escape federal custody, and he's just trying to live his life. Really he is. A grift here, a spot of cat-burglary there--nothing very wide-scale, you understand, just enough to keep himself in relative comfort. And it's going fairly well until the elf shows up again, at which point the political intrigue starts. Because that's fun.

It starts with agreeing to help a child with a school project. A child. Helping. Because the snooty boy, Sticky or whatever, wants to interview him for Careers Day and what kind of a villain would he be if he didn't take every opportunity to talk about himself? But somehow this leads to Sportacus visiting, and volunteering to teach classes, and feeling things that aren't spite or smug self-satisfaction.
That's the word. Feelings.

Summary
Try as he might, Robbie Rotten hasn't stopped having nice feelings about people. It's gotten to the point where he's having them so often that they're not even leaving room for him to be angry about it, and it's really affecting his villainy, because if he doesn't hate Sportacus then what's he supposed to do with all these machines?
Anyway, Sportacus keeps kissing him and Stingy keeps coming to his house and he's happy all the time now, and if the International Villains Authority (or, gods forbid, his grandfather) find out how nice he's gotten, they'll tear up his villain license in front of him.
