She hears her uncle in the walls, slowly growing more lonely as time goes on, she hears her brother's struggles with his identity, she hears her cousin Isabela's rants on marrying Mariano and she definitely hears Mirabel's sobs and prayers, wishing that she had a gift. Dolores is DONE doing nothing, she may be a mess, but she refuses to let her family collapse and she won't let Mirabel follow in her self-destructive footsteps!

Isabela has a secret. She's a lesbian. She told Abuela once when she caught her once evening sneaking around with a girl when she was 9 but that didn't end very well. Let's just say Abuela doesn't react well when it comes to her perfect golden child doing anything she sees as 'an embarrassment'.
Isa believes that no one knows about any of it, about her being a lesbian or Abuela's harsh punishments but there is one person in their family that hears everything. And now that everything seems to be changing for the better, Dolores refuses to keep quiet any longer - even if it does cause her to have a meltdown.
TL;DR- Basically Dolores and Isabela talk about everything Isabela wanted to keep secret, Abuela is literally the worst and there are a few breakdowns and hugs.
