Summary
It was the unhingedness in Hannibal's eyes, the ugliness of his soul, of his true self, bared for all to see, that was doing things to Will. Will had known for a long time now, the things Hannibal was capable of; knew about his strength; his penchant for violence and cruelty, his amorality, how he had probably killed more people than he remembered. But Will had never seen it. He had wondered about it. Dreamed about it. But never witnessed with his own eyes what those strong hands that touched Will so softly would look like as they were covered in the blood of someone who dared to get in his way. Will put down his gun.
"What's the matter, Will? Liking what you see? Do you find the carnage appealing?"
Or, Will's heat is triggered when he sees Hannibal's true nature with his own eyes.

Summary
Will wondered if Hannibal had the same desires as him. He knew Hannibal wanted to belong, to be seen and accepted for who he was, and despite knowing the idea of starting a family with Will would be something that he would undoubtedly cherish and love, Will also simply knew that Hannibal didn’t crave it. At least, not like he did. Having Will was all he truly needed. Whereas Will, even though he loved that stupid, monster of a man with all his heart, he still wanted more.He wanted a family with that monster. A little murderous messy preciousness.
But they can't. Will knows they can't.
"Your thoughts are quite loud, Will. Stay with me, my love," Hannibal said as he washed the fruits and vegetables, rolled-up sleeves showing thick, veiny forearms.
"I'm okay." Did Hannibal ever think about her? Even for a fleeting second?
Or, a meeting at the supermarket awakens Will's desire for a family.

Summary
"You know what to do, Will"
Those had been the words that had led Will to be where he is now: on his knees between Hannibal Lecter's legs, in the middle of his office, mouth full of his cock, moaning around it, with his own straining against his pants.
Jack had made it very clear in a not-so-subtle way exactly what it was he expected of Will.
