The worst part of being Robin was the constant underestimation that was directed towards him. The problem was that most people assumed that he was only around to act as a distraction. Set him up in a bright red, green, and yellow suit and have him make quips and perform flips and Batman will show up and do the actual hard work. Except, well, that had never been the point of Robin.
