  • oh btw Vader gets to raise Luke from adolescence on

  Summary

  Luke was enslaved when he was 10,Vader found Luke years later after he had already Fallen, and after another couple of years of keeping him and training him in secret, they defeated the Emperor and now rule the Galaxy as father and son.

  (I feel like half of this is a day in the life of the rulers of the Empire and the other half is how we got there,I don't know how else to describe this weird format I went with lol)

  • because he was very stressed about Luke being too close to lava
  • and we all know Vader hates lava about as much as he hates sand

  • hes at expert at ignoring his own pain

  • theres is so comfort thrown in here and there

  • Luke got the big revel and couldnt run away so he arrived at acceptance fast
  • his possessiveness kicked in real fast
  • probably helped by Vaders vulnerabily

  • believe it or not this was supposed to be a oneshot once
  • alas as always my purple prose and my love of talking about feelings made that an impossibility
  • theres also lots of hugging and physical affection in general

  Summary

  After a very eventful and draining chase in K43, Vader has caught his son at last. Things would be far easier to handle if only he wasn't so debilitated in the process, and he wasn't feeling so beside himself with worry about seeing Luke standing way too close to lava

  • its very focused on talking and having feelings

  Summary

  After trying and failing to resurect his wife Vader wonders about the boy he saw in his vision, and finds out his son lives. He inmediately goes to retrieve him, and even if adjusting to having a son can be difficult, he wants to keep him above everything else
