Summary
There were tears building in Seungmin’s eyes, but that was hardly a rare occurrence. It also wasn’t a rare occurrence for him to be alone like he was right now.
He was usually better than this. Stronger than this. But he couldn’t help the way tears welled up as he stood a couple feet from the front door, hoping it would open. Even though it was late at night, and Daddy was probably still away on his work trip.

Summary
In an instant, Seungcheol knows something is wrong when he sees Dokyeom, subdued and avoiding his gaze when he enters. Within the comforts of their home, Dokyeom has no qualms about being as loud as he likes. His arrivals prefaced by his singing or his laughter. On good days—and Seokmin will argue that every day spent with the members is a good day—he waltzes into rooms, creating a production out of the most seemingly insignificant moments.
None of the members expect him to maintain this level of energy all the time. That would be hell, Seungcheol thinks, even for someone like their happy virus.
