This expanded calendar of Thedas is based on information from dragonage.fandom.com. It expands the Common and Tevinter month names with Elven ones and provides a detailed calendar complete with leap days to translate real-world dates to dates in Thedas.
A small function on GoogleSheets will allow you to transfer dates without the need for looking up days in a large sheet. Elven months are based in Project Elvhen but have not been verified with FenxShiral.
